Database Highlights: TumbleBooks Improves its AudioBookCloud

One of the great features of TumbleBooks' AudioBookCloud has been its ease of use: just
click and listen.

Unlimited access, no downloads, no holds.

But for it to be a true "Cloud" collection, the books needed to work on anyand every mobile device.

But because their audio book player was created in Flash, their great audiobooks could not be accessed by patrons with iPads, iPhones, iTouches, andother phones and tablets.

That has now changed!!!

Every book in the audio book cloud collection is now being converted into a format which will allow access fromany and every mobile device and tablet- including iPads and iPhones.

They have converted the first batch of books and you can test out the first title in any of their 6 categories ( Action, American Gangster, 1984, etc)

Users will now have a true "Cloud" experience and be able to listen
to audio books with any device- anywhere that has wifi or an internet
connection.

You can access TumbleBooks from the Library's website at www.barrlibrary.org.
